The Confluence receptor allows you to attach Confluence pages as evidence to controls you select. The pages are determined using the page URL or Labels.
- To import a single page as evidence, copy the URL of the page and use it as the identifier of the evidence.
- To import multiple pages as evidence, create a mapping for each page and map to the desired controls.
- To import multiple pages as a single evidence, tag each of the target pages using the labeling mechanism in confluence. Use the label as identifier for the evidence.
Example Scenario (Single Page)
For example, given this control:
BC01 Business Continuity Management
Business continuity planning is conducted to ensure the organization can continue meeting its objectives during disruptions by identifying critical processes, resources and recovery strategies.
It needs a policy or a wiki page that documents the process of the Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis. Simply copy the URL of the wiki page and map it to BC01 control in Trustero Confluence Receptor.
1. Obtain the URL of the Confluence page to be imported and mapped to the control
2. Map control to page - Confluence receptor config with BC01 mapped to url of the confluence page
Example Scenario (Multiple Mappings)
1. Similar to the example above, append more pages to the control using the add mapping button and selecting the same control with a different page url.
Example Scenario (Multiple Pages using Labels)
For example, given this control:
BC03 Data Backup and Disaster Recovery
Backup copies of information, software and systems are maintained and regularly tested to enable recovery from data loss or system disruptions and to ensure alignment with defined recovery time objectives (RTO).
It needs the list of test reports that were made to implement the Data Backup and Recovery process. Set the label of the wiki pages and map it to BC03 control in Trustero Confluence Receptor.
