      Quick Start Guide - Trustero Intelligence (TI)

      The fastest path to using TI

      This quick start guide will show you the fastest path to using Trustero Intelligence (TI), interactive AI chat in the Trustero Platform, that enables you to get fast, accurate answers to GRC questions with proof. 


      Note: this isn’t a comprehensive set of everything the platform can do. For that, see the Table of Contents. We also have quick start guides for other scenarios.


      The more data that’s in the platform, the more capable TI will become at answering your questions. Get started by adding data to any of the locations listed in step 2 below.


      Follow the below steps to get started quickly:


      1. Add Users: User Setup & Invitations
      2. Add Data: (none is required, but the more the better)
        1. Scope: Completing Scope & Company Info Pages
        2. Risks, Policies & Controls: 
          1. Setting Up Your Program: Risks, Policies & Controls
          2. Assigning Controls & Gathering Evidence
        3. Vendors: Vendor Risk Management Overview and Guidance
        4. Q&A KBs: Getting Started with Q&A - How Much Content Do You Need?
        5. KB Docs: these are documents you upload that are used just by TI. 
      3. Ask Questions
          1. Navigate to Analyze → Trustero Intelligence
